Sit down, figure out how much it is going to cost you to buy a house, get rates on all the utilities, average your monthly food and gas consumption, add in a savings buffer, as well as an investment buffer... oh nevermind. You aren't going to do this. You're going to blow thousands on this motor, and live with your parents for the next 3 years. I'll shutup. I just recall you posting and telling us all about how you were saving up to move out, and you were ready to get started with life. This just seems very foolhardy if you don't have the resouces to move out. If you do, then I'm sorry. I just hate to see you do something that could put you in dire straights financially. mkay?
